4.1.2 Repair Instructions

Before returning a unit to Alpha Technologies for repair, a Material Authorization

(RMA) should be clearly marked on the unit’s original shipping container. If the

original container is no longer available, pack the unit in at least 3 inches of shock

absorbent material. Do not use popcorn type material. Returns should be prepaid

and insured (COD and freight collect can not be accepted).

DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER PACKAGING OF RETURNED UNITS.
